1. Enforce all CMP personnel to follow Safety procedure within day to day activity.
2. Enforce all CMP personnel for practicing company regulation.
3. Enforce all CMP personnel for practicing any company continuous improvement program and activity such as SDA/SGA/JDI, TPM, 6K, etc
4. Responsible to Manager, Chemical for daily production target achievement, and suggest improvement plan for any abnormality which lead to loss of production.
5. Responsible to Manager, Chemical for chemicals concentration target achievement, and suggest improvement plan for any deficiencies.
6. Responsible for the availability of raw material and chemicals.
7. Responsible for the availability of consumables parts.
8. Responsible for ensuring plant running smoothly.
9. Follow up any maintenance issue and work together maintenance team for creating action plan
10. Create action plan for yearly shutdown maintenance.
11. Part of Environmental Management Committee appointed by Management to control waste water , air emission, solid waste, and act as Person in Charge for Hazardous gas leakage situation in CMP.
12. Responsible to control if any chemical spillage or other land/water contamination occurred.
13. Must maintain discipline among all subordinates and control overtime.
14. To maintain optimum operation of each area to achieve minimum chemical and utility consumption to achieve chemical cost per ADT.
15. Maintain chemical product stock and inform whether it can be sold or not.

8. 負(fù)責(zé)確保工廠平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行。
9. 跟進(jìn)任何維護(hù)問題，并與維護(hù)團(tuán)隊合作制定行動計劃
10. 制定年度停機(jī)維護(hù)行動計劃。
11. 管理層指定的環(huán)境管理委員會成員，負(fù)責(zé)控制廢水、廢氣、固體廢物，并擔(dān)任 CMP 危險氣體泄漏情況負(fù)責(zé)人。
12. 負(fù)責(zé)控制化學(xué)品泄漏或其他土地/水污染。
13. 必須維持所有下屬的紀(jì)律并控制加班。
14. 保持每個區(qū)域的最佳運(yùn)作，以實現(xiàn)最低的化學(xué)品和公用設(shè)施消耗，從而達(dá)到每 ADT 的化學(xué)品成本。
15. 保持化學(xué)品庫存，并告知是否可以出售。
